PTA Meeting + Discussion with Jennifer Maxon Kennelly, Chair of the Fairfield Board of Education

Join us for one last PTA Meeting, Wednesday, June 17th, at 7 pm in the Stratfield School Cafeteria.
All incoming and current Stratfield parents and guardians are welcome!
Our agenda will include:
- A walk-through of open board and event chair positions
- Introduction and launch of our Summer Feedback Survey
- An open discussion and Q+A with Jennifer Maxon Kennelly, Chair of the Fairfield Board of Education, on elementary class sizes
A note on our BOE Guest: Board Chair Maxon Kennelly reached out after so many Stratfield parents filled the room at the 6/9 BOE meeting, specifically to address the issue of class-size caps. The Board will likely vote on this issue on 6/23. She reached out with an interest in hearing additional comments and taking questions from Stratfield parents.
This is a unique opportunity to share additional comments and ask questions about the impacts of this important issue on Stratfield’s students and teachers, and we hope to see you there!
