SUBJECT: Stratfield PTA Newsletter - March 30, 2026

Book Fair Info

The Spring Scholastic Book Fair is coming! SAVE THE DATE for Tuesday, March 31 - Thursday, April 2 and get your reader psyched to pick out their own books! Start exploring together: https://bookfairs.scholastic.com/bf/stratfieldelementaryschool

Schedule:

  •  Tuesday, March 31 - will be preview day (no shopping) for students in K-2
  •  Wednesday, April 1 - the fair will be open for shopping during the school day
  •  Thursday, April 2 - the fair will be open for shopping during the school day, after school, and during the PTA meeting

We will send the Signup Genius link, which includes the volunteer opportunities, via an all-parent PTA email.

You are now able to set up your child's eWallet:

  • You need to create a NEW eWallet for this fair. If your child's eWallet had a balance from the Fall fair, it will show in your account as an eGift card. This can be applied to the new wallet you open for this fair.
  • Once you log into your account, you'll see an option to create an eWallet for the Spring Fair (see the photo attached to this post). You'll also see any balance from the Fall fair here.
  • We will only accept eWallets or Credit Card payments - no cash will be accepted.

Email morazio1@gmail.com or maz314159@gmail.com if you need help.

You can also consider supporting your child's teacher's eWallet and/or the Share the Fair Fund.

  • The Teacher's eWallet allows your child's teacher to go shopping for books for their classroom. Once we have these links, we will share via your Room Parent on Parent Square and here on FB.
  • The Share the Fair fund ensures that all Stratfield students can pick out a book and is a nice way to support the entire school community.

Thank you all for your support!
